Tuesday - Friday  10:00-6:00

Saturday                10:00-4:00

Job Description:

We are looking for professional, driven and flexible individuals to join our team at our Panama City Beach, FL location. Extensive training will be provided. An Assistant Manager role will become available. 

Who We Are:

We are a small, family-owned business specializing in premium, medicinal-grade hemp products. Owned by a nurse practitioner, our top priority is responsible cannabis distribution. Well Rooted also serves as a platform for local artists and makers. We opened our flagship store in Dothan, AL in 2019 and are grateful to have thrived despite a global pandemic. We look forward to bringing our products and knowledgeable service to the panhandle at our second location in Panama City Beach.  

 

Responsibilities:

• Opening and closing duties

• Develop a working knowledge of the products and be able to educate customers and answer questions

• Provide excellent customer service

• Willingness to work as part of a team

• Comply with federal and state policies and regulations

• Maintain outstanding store condition

• Create and/or maintain visually pleasing merchandising displays

• Inventory management 

• Coordinate consignments with local artists & makers
